 Online Orders can be placed by Credit card and Debit card. We accept the following: VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express or PayPal.

Orders sent via mail can be paid by Credit Card, Cashier's Check, or Money Order. Sorry, we can not accept personal checks.

Tax

No sale tax to customers.

USA Shipping

Orders for in-stock items will be shipped after payment has cleared, via United State Postal Service (USPS) with a Delivery Confirmation number. You can track the shipping and delivery status of your package online.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

FREE shipping applies to U.S. Customers Only.

International Shipping

Orders for in-stock items will be shipped after payment has cleared the same or next business day, via United State Postal Service (USPS).

The purchaser is responsible for their country's customs or taxes.  These fees are unrelated to shipping costs and will originate from your country's Customs Bureau. For more information, please contact your country's Customs Bureau.

Please note: First Class International mail cannot track your order Except Canada and Australia

Due to your Country's Customs Bureau it may take up to three weeks for you to receive your order. We have no control over this, nor are there methods available for us to check the status of your order during shipment. As a rule, International orders will be received within 8-21 days.

All International Sales are Final

We will not accept returns or issue credits or refunds for products shipped outside of the United States for any reason. Health merchandise need to be stored at proper temperatures. We do not know the condition of the products when returned to us, therefore, the products can not be restocked.

Return - USA Customers Only

We accept returns of unopened packs with its original package when returned within 7 days. There will be 20% restocking fee applied on all returned items. No returns will be accepted after 7 days. To be fully credited for such returns the customer must contact us for a return authorization. No refund will be issued without Return Authorization number.  Customers will be responsible for return shipping costs.  Please make sure to ship  the package back to us using shipping method with tracking number or certified mail because we do not responsible for lost or stolen for returned package.

You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks . This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (24 to 48 hours), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (most banks from 24 to 48 hours). 

Damages Packages

We take great care in filling, checking and packing your order. On rare occasions, a package may be damaged or lost in transit. If you receive a package that has been damaged, please save the original box and all its contents, and call us immediately.  Please have driver note any claims on the freight bill of any shortage or damage to your shipment. 

No credit will be issued until we received the return damaged package with Returned Authorization number.  No exception!

Order Cancellation

Credits can only be issued after we receive refused packaged.

Lost or stolen during shipping and delivery

We are not responsible or replacement for the lost or stolen merchandise that has been shown to be delivered by the United States Postal Service, by any other delivery service, if your order has not been sent insured. Sorry, no exception!

If an insured item is lost or stolen, we will replace your order, and send documents requiring your signature. These documents allow us to recover the cost of the missing merchandise.

Insurance

You may request that we add insurance to your order if you do not feel safe for the shipment delivered to your place.

Customs Policy.

Customs policies vary from country to country. You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are enforced once a shipment reaches your country. We are not responsible for those charges for customs clearance because we have no control over these charges.  We will not be liable for packages refused or held by customs for delivery.  We strongly suggest that you contact your customers office, and ask about import regulations and restrictions before placing your order.

Charge-Back

Clients who place an order and then dispute the charges will be subject to an additional charge of $55.00, to their banking institutions and/or credit card companies. Upon final determination by said banking institutions and/or credit card companies in favor of Famous Herbs LLC, the original charge will stand and is required to be paid by the customer
